About Charles

The person behind Pen & Padlock.is is Charles Outhier. Charles has over twenty years experience in the tech industry including ten at Apple working with colleges and universities, five years working with museums and cultural institutions on their mobile strategies, and a two year foray into the wild, wild west of NFTs (remember those?). As a fellow writer and artist Charles currently works as a consultant with authors and other creatives on strengthening the cybersecurity of their businesses.
